Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

United Contractor Services is a leading national commercial construction company specializing in drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceiling, EIFS, stucco, and painting. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee our projects throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
  • Foster a culture of safety and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience is required, as well as previous experience as a construction superintendent.
  • Ability to travel to worksites throughout the United States as needed.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required.
