We are seeking a results-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our team at Bayone. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing comprehensive communication efforts, and managing our online presence to align with our organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to drive lead generation, using tools like Google Ads and HubSpot for account-based marketing strategies, targeted and retargeted advertising.
  • Organize, promote, and host webinars that engage our target audience and build brand awareness.
  • Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring consistency in message and tone across all channels.
  • Manage the organization's online presence, including website updates, overseeing social media accounts, and curating an engaging blog.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and communications performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to maximize results.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and communication efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with media, industry organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Stay current on industry trends and innovations, incorporating them into our marketing and communication strategies as relevant.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Ads platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
