About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at ITAC Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting and financial reporting function, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire accounting and financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Organize and prepare regular financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Supervise a team of 4-8 billing clerks and administrative assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Interface with outside auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy, maintaining a strong working relationship with external partners.
  • Control and review the organization's use of accounting, billing, donor relations, and other administrative software systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure accurate insurance billing and verification processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience with insurance billing and insurance verification, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Non-profit experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, with experience in creating complex spreadsheets and performing data analysis.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, with experience in managing financial data and generating reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
