Position Summary

We are in search of aspiring leaders who are eager to progress their careers towards partnership within our general office. New York Life Insurance Company is actively seeking candidates for its Fast Track Management Program. Initially, you will engage as a financial professional, collaborating closely with clients to gain valuable experience while fulfilling the program's criteria. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a management role as an associate partner. Take the next step in your career by exploring the Fast Track Partner program.

Compensation

Compensation Structure:
$65,000+ at plan commission plus allowances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives through tailored, long-term strategies.
  • Utilize a comprehensive range of financial products, including life insurance and annuities, to provide optimal solutions.
  • Engage in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month initiative designed to prepare you for management success.
  • Complete program requirements to join the management team as an associate partner.
  • Recruit and mentor your own team of financial professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to report progress towards sales goals.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to nurture and expand existing client portfolios.
  • Listen to clients' needs, assess their financial situations, and recommend suitable insurance options.
  • Develop risk management strategies tailored to each client's profile.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Preferred knowledge of cultural markets.
  • Experience in sales is essential.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven individuals seeking a rewarding career.
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance or financial services sector are required.
  • Multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, are encouraged.
