About the Job

We are a rapidly growing technology company seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the organization.
  • Accounting and Financial Operations: Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting and financial professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working at a high-growth SaaS and/or technology company.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and relevant financial regulations. Proficiency in defining, documenting, and implementing accounting and processes. Proficiency in Netsuite and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 per year.
