This role involves working in a dynamic kitchen environment that necessitates physical stamina, including prolonged periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engaging with patrons.
Responsibilities also encompass both indoor and outdoor tasks in varying temperatures, handling food products, managing common allergens, and utilizing industrial equipment and commercial cleaning agents that require appropriate personal protective gear.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Core Functions:
Oversees the execution of restaurant operational tasks.
Serves as the acting manager during shifts, responsible for opening and closing procedures.
Manages financial transactions and ensures proper accountability.
General Responsibilities:
Implements and upholds Raising Cane's policies and operational standards.
Facilitates shift management in alignment with Raising Cane's operational and safety protocols.
Utilizes necessary tools, documentation, and logs to support shift execution, record outcomes, and initiate corrective measures when required.
Assigns tasks to team members throughout the shift.
Delivers outstanding customer service experiences.
Employs recognition programs to motivate and acknowledge team members.
Authorizes employee-related actions requiring managerial consent (e.g., discounts, promotions, time clock adjustments, etc.).
Ensures the restaurant's cleanliness and operational functionality.
Performs additional tasks as needed.
