Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Geaux Eat Restaurants HQ. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth while effectively managing financial aspects, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for staff, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop management staff, fostering a culture of leadership and professional growth.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
  • Customer Relations: Handle customer relations with professionalism and resolve issues tactfully.
  • Culinary Team Management: Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain the integrity of our scratch-made menu.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing to enhance the restaurant's visibility and brand recognition.
  • Leadership: Lead by example to cultivate a positive work environment and a team-oriented culture.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in sales growth, financial management, and staff development.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership skills and ability to conduct high-level training programs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
