Position Summary

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with partners and potential clients. This role involves building a robust pipeline of new customers and projects through proactive outreach and engagement. Collaborating with local teams, the manager will implement effective strategies to nurture existing business and support service line expansions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, initiate, and develop business relationships and opportunities within assigned territories to drive new business growth.
  • Engage with potential clients by expanding, maintaining, and leveraging your professional network.
  • Conduct research to establish connections with new clients and facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and company leaders.
  • Manage and qualify incoming leads to create actionable sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to craft proposals that address client needs and objectives.
  • Effectively handle objections by clarifying issues, emphasizing agreements, and working towards positive resolutions.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to anticipate and resolve potential challenges, including participation in site visits.
  • Utilize sales strategies to align customer needs with our solutions.
  • Support team management functions as needed.
Business Development Strategy
  • Attend industry events and conferences to gather insights on market trends and provide feedback.
  • Consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends to innovate new services and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will enhance sales performance.
  • Leverage market knowledge to develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for the company.
Management and Reporting
  • Submit regular progress reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with local teams to support location goals and develop forecasts.
  • Track account activities and assist in closing deals to meet targets.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of prerequisites for vendor lists.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's capabilities and objectives.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, particularly in home and community-based services, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as needed.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to support colleagues as needed.
