The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for the creation, organization, and distribution of financial, operational, and marketing information to authorized personnel in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Gathering relevant data to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Conducting financial, operational, and marketing analyses.
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate files and records.
  • Generating compliance reports as part of the internal control framework.
  • Exercising judgment and initiative in decision-making in line with established procedures.
  • Monitoring gaming performance through analysis of slot machines, table games, bingo, poker, and sports betting.
  • Analyzing and producing reports that measure key performance indicators.
  • Participating in discussions with operational departments to enhance collaboration.
  • Streamlining the compilation of source data for reporting purposes.
  • Preparing backup information for various departments.
  • Reviewing departmental reports to identify potential discrepancies or misinformation.
  • Producing departmental records and reports with a high level of accuracy and detail.
  • Performing other job-related tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Understanding of financial systems and accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with IGT Advantage software.
  • Strong foundation in financial and economic theory, complemented by statistical analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL scripts to extract data from databases and utilize various platforms/systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services or similar reporting visualization tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data process flow automation tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Competence in analyzing data, interpreting documents, and making informed recommendations.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in an environment that may be subject to secondary smoke.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • Eligibility for employment in the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
