Role SummaryThe Client Success Manager will oversee and nurture Hexagon's Mining division portfolio for current clients in the mining sector within a designated region. The key objective is to guarantee client satisfaction and stimulate business growth through strategic engagement with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, representing their interests internally and embodying Hexagon externally.
- Formulate and implement client strategies in partnership with Sales and Service teams.
- Proactively cultivate client relationships and ensure the delivery of value through Hexagon's solutions.
- Lead sales initiatives, encompassing product agreements, expansions, upgrades, and service contracts.
- Offer technical guidance and support to clients as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and achieve business goals.
- Conduct client presentations and demonstrations on mining solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including Workplace Health and Safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mining sector and technical sales.
- Proven account or project management capabilities.
- Experience in commercial transactions involving technical products.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Up to 50% travel within the assigned territory.
- Occasional regional or international travel may be required.
