Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Previous guest services experience required.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
