We are currently seeking to appoint an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney for our Florida office, where the selected candidate will engage in a variety of responsibilities.

Our firm promotes a collaborative work atmosphere that prioritizes internal development, training, and career progression for our staff.

We are looking for a candidate with 0 to 3 years of legal experience (experience in collections is advantageous but not essential), who can effectively manage workloads, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and produce high-quality work in a dynamic environment. The ideal applicant should be capable of working independently, possess strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, and must hold a Florida Bar membership.

Key Responsibilities – As an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney, you will:

  • Support the firm's operations in Florida
  • Represent clients in state hearings
  • Formulate effective strategies for timely case resolution
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of all necessary conditions prior to legal actions
  • Draft legal documents to initiate actions
  • Maintain accurate information in internal systems
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Comply with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections regulations
  • Manage contested matters, including trials and discovery

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient in computer applications and office procedures
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept at analyzing situations and proposing corrective actions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree
  • 0-3 years of legal experience
  • Florida Bar membership
