This exciting opportunity offers recent graduates the chance to bridge the gap between academia and hands-on patient care, while advancing their skills and expertise.
About Our Nurse Residency ProgramWe are proud to offer a comprehensive training program that combines on-the-job learning with virtual classroom instruction and simulation lab training.
As a resident, you will have the support of a dedicated preceptor and clinical coach/mentor throughout your one-year journey.
You will gain extensive experience providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, developing your confidence and competence in this rewarding field.
Our program has earned accreditation by the ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) for its standard of excellence.
