Dietitian Nutritionist for Community Programs - Salary $65,000/year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian Nutritionist to join our community programs team. As a key member of our nutrition department, you will be responsible for assisting in the nutritional assessment and counseling of meal delivery clients.

You will work closely with our referral partners and medical professionals to adjust client care plans and ensure that home-delivered meals meet therapeutic goals and dietary standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field and at least six months of clinical nutrition experience.

Responsibilities
  • Reviews client medical records and nutritional status to assess client eligibility for home meal delivery program
  • Assists with evaluating standardized recipes, auditing client meals, and conducting quality assurance measures
  • Collaborates with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure client meals are meeting set nutrition standards
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Bilingual proficiency required, with mandatory Spanish fluency
  • Familiarity with the latest nutritional standards, practices, and procedures
