The Impact You'll Make

You'll develop and execute CRM and Lifecycle Marketing strategies to onboard new Upside consumers and increase engagement, satisfaction, and retention. As part of our Consumer Marketing Leadership Team, you'll report to the CMO and President, Consumer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a CRM and Lifestyle Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Develop dynamic CRM and Lifestyle Marketing strategies that align with Upside's multi-vertical objectives, including product education, adoption, engagement, loyalty, and referral.
  • Build relationships across Acquisition, Brand, Product, Research, Data, and other teams critical to CRM growth strategy.
  • Establish KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and guide data-informed decision-making.
  • Analyze consumer data and behaviors to identify trends, opportunities for segmentation, and targeted communication strategies.
  • Ensure delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers and grow engagement across multiple touchpoints.
  • Stay current on CRM technology, identify best practices, and bring new ideas to fruition.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of Lifecycle Marketing and CRM experience with a track record of increasing consumer engagement and retention.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related technologies such as Iterable and Segment.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and consumer data analytics.
  • Affinity for numbers, consumer insights, and applying data to inform strategy.
  • Experience managing a successful Lifecycle Marketing or CRM team.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and build partnerships.
