Job Title: Medical Imaging Specialist

Job Summary: AnMed Health is seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and interpreting images to aid in diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including MRI and CT scanners
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Interpret images to aid in diagnosis, working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure high-quality images and efficient exam workflows

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as radiologic technology or medical imaging
  • Current certification in radiologic technology or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in medical imaging, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
