High Performance Memory Reliability Test Development Engineer

As a High Performance Memory Reliability Test Development Engineer, you'll play a critical role in developing and supporting qualification stress flows and characterization for high-performance memory solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain reliability test flows for high-performance memory solutions
- Collaborate with design, process, test, and reliability engineering teams to develop new stresses and characterizations
- Analyze device characterization data and device issues to establish and enforce quality and reliability requirements
- Interface with other teams to prioritize, categorize, and resolve failures
- Generate and verify stress and characterization flows as requested
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming
- Familiarity with semiconductor device physics
