Core Test Development Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking a highly skilled Core Test Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining test programs that help deliver our world-class NAND portfolio to market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support test programs from new product introduction phase to high volume manufacturing
- Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python
- Contribute to the definition of next-generation 'design for test' capabilities
- Analyze device and test flow data to inform test coverage decisions
- Balance test time objectives with optimal yield and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the right test solution
- Strong understanding of test equipment hardware, device knowledge, and software systems
- Intermediate to advanced programming capability in C++ or Python
- Basic knowledge of R/L/C circuitry, digital systems, and CMOS transistor operation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic statistics and data analytics
