  • Review and clear title reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare CDs, calculate net loan proceeds, and create closing packages
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, real estate brokers, and other parties involved in transactions
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
