Title and Document Management Coordinator

- Review and clear title reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare CDs, calculate net loan proceeds, and create closing packages
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, real estate brokers, and other parties involved in transactions
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year
