Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator Manager to join our Managed Care team. As a Care Coordinator Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of case managers and ensuring that our injured employees receive comprehensive and quality care. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our employees achieve a safe return to work or optimal level of function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans for our injured employees.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of case managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management plans and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, claims adjusters, and other stakeholders to coordinate medical care and effective return to work plans.

Requirements

  • An active unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
