Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Air Sea Packing Group. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Verify that invoices are valid, approved, and accurately coded to the proper general ledger accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work with various departments to obtain approvals and investigate vendor inquiries.
  • Financial Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our internal controls, policies, and accounts payable systems.
  • Special Projects: Perform basic accounting duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
