Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bus Driver/Custodian. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students while also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school facilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Transport students safely and efficiently to and from school, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  2. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of school facilities, including the bus, classrooms, and common areas.
  3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, disinfecting, and repairing equipment and facilities.
  4. Assist with special events and activities, such as field trips and parent-teacher conferences.
  5. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient school operation.
Requirements
  • Class A or B CDL with P and S endorsements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working a standard school schedule, with occasional evening and weekend events. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
