About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of paid social marketing management platforms, including Meta Business, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You will be responsible for planning and building social strategic initiatives within these platforms, verifying and executing campaigns, and monitoring performance to ensure metrics are tracking properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client strategic social media initiatives to drive growth and success
  • Work across paid social marketing management platforms to plan and build social strategic initiatives
  • Verify and execute campaigns, including paid social accounts and analytics
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure metrics are tracking properly
  • Communicate results and recommendations to internal teams to improve campaigns
  • Directly communicate with clients on campaign performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives
  • Work with internal teams to optimize budgets and maximize digital campaign effectiveness through A-B testing and innovative executions
  • Develop and build presentation decks for client meetings
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to optimize campaigns and bring forward best-in-class campaign solutions

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of social campaign stewardship experience
  • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and/or group setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Experience managing a team

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meeting client goals and KPIs through digital performance campaigns
  • Optimizing campaigns and translating results across internal and external clients
  • Delivering strategic decks outlining digital recommendations and expected results
  • Digital campaign quality and delivery
