Job Description

The Product Management Senior Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for developing product plans, strategies, and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.

The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and monitor the health of the Cash franchise, analyzing financial and behavioral metrics, including ROA, margins, revenue growth, and Interest Bearing Balance growth.
  • Develop and defend a view to the future of the business, including quantitative scenarios within each product and across products.
  • Manage all aspects of the P&L, providing perspective on financials using analysis of key drivers, and providing POV on what can be done to impact business progression.
  • Develop a monitoring cadence, template, and system across functions to ensure the Cash team is consistently informed and prepared for questions.
  • Partner with Finance, Decision Management, and Risk to develop, engage with, and opine on all forecasts, both in-year and for longer-range.
  • Identify opportunities to plug gaps in the product portfolio for Cash, either through development of new products or expanding existing products into new segments.
  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, adjust priorities quickly, and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree. Master's degree preferred.
