Job Summary:

As a Clinical Services Supervisor at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in the home health setting. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex cases within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of quality clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Supervise and develop a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to ensure the provision of state-of-the-art care.
  • Collaborate with peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders to improve the delivery of quality, efficient, and compliant clinical services.
  • Assure ongoing professional development for self and staff, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of field experience managing complex cases within a multidisciplinary setting in a home health or hospice department.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school or four years of home health or hospice supervisory experience.
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) within six months of hire or Compact License: Registered Nurse within six months of hire.
  • Drivers License (in location where applicable).
  • Basic Life Support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of home health/hospice supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and requirements.
  • Knowledge of care of the chronically ill and frail elderly.
  • Knowledge of palliative care of terminally ill patients.
