Job Purpose: As a Sales Associate, you will embody professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm, aiming to foster repeat business. You will serve as the face of the PRM brand, utilizing your customer service skills, product knowledge, and communication abilities to enhance each guest's experience.

Qualifications: This is an entry-level role. While there are no strict minimum qualifications, we prefer candidates with at least 2 years of retail customer service experience. Basic computer literacy is required, and candidates must meet licensing requirements where applicable.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Greet and acknowledge every guest sincerely.
2. Offer assistance proactively to enhance guest satisfaction.
3. Create engaging product displays to attract guest interest.
4. Maintain cleanliness and appearance throughout the store.
5. Seek opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience.
6. Monitor the property to prevent theft and ensure safety.
7. Maintain flexible scheduling availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Complete assigned tasks diligently and adhere to company policies.
9. Practice safety protocols consistently.

Key Performance Metrics: Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Shift Goals Achieved
- Overall Lines per Invoice
- Average Transaction Value
- Quarterly Attendance Rate above 95%

Physical Requirements: This role involves various physical activities, including bending, standing, lifting, and walking. Candidates must be able to lift objects weighing 50 lbs or more safely and remain on their feet for the duration of their shift.

Supervisory Functions: This position has minimal supervisory responsibilities, primarily assisting in directing janitorial staff as needed.
