Job Description

Hamaspik HomeCare is seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating professionalism and care in handling inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient need.
  • Process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Intake, to assist with translation when/if needed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Russian
