About the Role

The Department Supervisor will report to the Department Manager or Store Manager, depending on the store volume, and have direct reports including Sales Advisors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring store operations and H&M standards are followed through proper scheduling to maximize conversion and enable commercial activities;
  • Delivering H&M Customer Service standards through active coaching and leading by example;
  • Maintaining the sales floor in a cost-efficient manner to meet H&M standards and initiating actions accordingly with the store management team;
  • Performing all store routines, including opening and closing procedures, following Company practices and procedures;
