Sales Team Supervisor

Vuori is re-defining athletic apparel and we're looking for a talented Sales Team Supervisor to join our team As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will lead by example, motivate your team, and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise in product knowledge and sales strategies will drive results and help us achieve our business goals. In this role, you will supervise the sales floor, delegate tasks, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Communicate our brand values and product knowledge to customers.
- Maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers through product recommendations and personalized service.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Salary and Benefits: Estimated salary range: $22-24 per hour, plus additional sales commission. Benefits include Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Discount, and 401(k).
