  • Dispatch Personnel: Dispatch appropriate personnel by radio or paging system.
  • Deliver Pages: Deliver pages to physicians, on-call personnel, and other employees as needed.
  • Familiarity with HICS: Familiarity with HICS and ability to function during emergency situations.
  • Initiate Overhead Pages: Initiate overhead pages accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain Flexibility: Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet the needs of the departments 24/7 operations.
  • Maintain Regular Attendance: Maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Maintain Compliance: Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Current Schedules: Maintain current schedules of on-call personnel as appropriate.
  • Meet Mandatory Requirements: Meet all mandatory and developmental requirements.
  • Assume Responsibility for Growth: Assume responsibility for professional growth and development and continuing education.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 25 WPM Typing Required: 25 WPM typing required.
