Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Global Digital and Information Technology (DIT) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering new and exciting technologies to a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run approved projects through the identification phase, defining the solution, scope, implementation, and operational costs and resource needs.
  • Plan and execute projects after the identification phase, understanding and managing the critical path, managing risks, and communicating effectively.
  • Manage project resources, internal and external, and the project spend and budget.
  • Report regularly to the project steering committee.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the IT Project Owner and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our processes and tools, including PMO practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science) required, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Project Management, ideally from the pharmaceutical industry or other related industry.
  • Experience implementing business applications is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT Infrastructure Technology.
  • Advanced knowledge in navigating and steering projects through potential uncertainties and unknowns.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating with key stakeholders in senior levels to influence decisions in project scope to ensure success.
