Booking and Reservations Coordinator

The Booking & Reservations Coordinator will play a crucial part in onboarding and managing relationships with corporate housing providers, online travel agencies, and other distribution partners. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive bookings, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer service to our partners.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the onboarding process for corporate housing providers, online travel agencies, and other distribution partners.
• Support the sales team's efforts by building out the necessary infrastructure and identifying new outlets to help drive bookings and increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate with various departments, including operations, marketing, and revenue management, to ensure seamless integration of new partners and distribution channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner agreements, commissions, and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures/SLAS for partner onboarding and management.
• Monitor and report on the performance of distribution partners, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive bookings and increase brand awareness.
Ideal Background
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• College graduate with 0-3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and distribution channels is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
