Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
Prusik Construction LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate sub-contractor tasks to ensure timely completion and avoid conflicts.
- Identify and communicate design conflicts and participate in their resolution.
- Perform quality control inspections to guarantee work is completed to specifications.
- Ensure sub-contractor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate all inspections as required and maintain a daily log of jobsite activities.
- Assist the project manager in updating the schedule and identifying future issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Completion of OSHA 10 Hour training class preferred.
- Pertinent college degree in Construction Management or Business.
Work Environment:
