Job Summary:The Dealer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a designated territory of Stellantis OEM automobile dealerships to achieve desired product penetration of indirect auto finance retail installment and lease contracts, commercial fleet accounts, and floor plan opportunities in line with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions with dealerships to enhance their knowledge of SFS credit guidelines and maximize production.
- Collaborate with credit and funding departments to achieve desired volume and customer satisfaction levels.
- Analyze market data to identify challenges and trends within assigned markets.
- Prepare regular reports and itineraries to track progress and optimize sales efforts.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Dealer Relationship Manager role for an indirect auto finance company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Previous experience as a sales representative in a captive finance environment.
- Overtime required - N/A.
- Travel 25-50%.
The Dealer Relationship Manager will work remotely from a corporate or home office and manage a field presence to maintain a larger number of dealership prospects and existing customer base. Overnight travel may be required to meet the demands of the dealer base.
