We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse RN Emergency Room to join our team at Belton Regional Medical Center. As an ER RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your clinical expertise and compassion to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize incoming patients, providing timely and effective care.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, stabilize patients, and provide direct nursing care.
- Supervise non-licensed nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to established policies.
- Provide patient education, follow-up care instructions, and make necessary referrals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- BLS and ALS certification, with EPNC (or PALS) and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) certification within one year of hire.
