About this role:
As an ER nurse, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assessing their condition and providing immediate care. You will work closely with our team of experienced physicians and nurses to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and provide immediate care
- Work closely with physicians and nurses to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills required
- BLS and ALS certification required and maintained
- EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire
