Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Bayview Asset Management. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop infrastructure and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to establish technical standards for workstations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze, migrate, and implement computer applications, systems, and network configurations.
  • Design, document, and script complex new software deployments.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Administer and maintain our Tanium and SCCM environments.
  • Provide technical support and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Participate in IT and business projects and maintain oversight of all systems owned by the Desktop Support Engineering team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in desktop support and technical operations.
  • High-level troubleshooting skills for Windows Desktop OS.
  • Knowledge of SCCM and/or Tanium.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Python programming languages.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent.
What We Offer

Base compensation of $70-90k with opportunity for incentive compensation, including bonus compensation.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite at our Bayviews NYC office.
