We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Willow Ridge of NC. The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership and oversight of nursing care on weekends, ensuring the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants, ensuring adherence to resident care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and notify physicians of any changes, ensuring prompt and effective care.
- Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
- A current, unencumbered, active NC RN license and current CPR certification are required.
- At least one year of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements that pertain to Long Term Care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, and other stakeholders.
