Job Summary

As a skilled RN-Weekender Nurse Nights, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care at Baptist Memorial Health Care. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work weekend nights and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and provide education to patients and families on proper medication use.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work weekend nights and maintain a flexible schedule.
