Midtown Center for Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled LPN/RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and organizing the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing programs and activities.
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for the nursing service department.
  • Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
  • Determine staffing needs and supervise scheduling of employees.
  • Ensure direct nursing care is provided by licensed nurses and other qualified staff.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state.
  • Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
