Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Counter Sales Associate to join our team at Famous Supply. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide superior service to customers at our branch, in person and via phone, and help contractor customers get the materials they need to complete their jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Understand customer needs and provide the products and solutions to meet those needs
  • Process and schedule customer orders
  • Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
  • Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
  • Keep the counter area clean and organized
Requirements
  • Technical HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
