Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive producer to join our team at Heath Roberts - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet sales quotas.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Foster long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
