Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive producer to join our team at Heath Roberts - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve marketing goals.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet sales quotas.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Foster long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Property & Casualty license required.
- Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure.
