Insurance Sales Specialist

We are actively hiring for licensed life insurance agents or those looking to become licensed in life insurance. Our team provides financial planning strategies to middle-class families, focusing on mortgage protection life insurance, whole life, term life, accidental, and critical illness coverage.
A successful candidate will be self-motivated, coachable, and willing to listen to advice from mentors. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow both personally and professionally are essential.
The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a moral compass, and the ability to thrive in a commission-based structure. A 100% Commission compensation structure allows full control over income potential. Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
