Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Presbyterian Village North. As an RN - 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents during the evening shift.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:
This role is responsible for providing hands-on care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to residents during the evening shift* Administer medications and perform wound care as needed* Assist residents with daily living activities* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes* Maintain accurate records and reports as required* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
* Current RN license in the state of Texas* Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Knowledge of current professional nursing theory and practice* Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
