**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Doubles team at Presbyterian Village North.

**About the Role:**

This is a Full-Time position, working 32/40 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. As a Weekend Doubles RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of nurses, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Skilled Nursing Department.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct patient care, assessing residents' needs, and developing individualized plans of care.

- Supervise and coach nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident-centered care plans.

- Monitor and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to facility policies and regulations.

**Requirements:**

- Valid Texas RN license.

- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
