  • Foster professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to uphold and enforce standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support, ideally with experience in an engineering environment familiar with CAD software, MicroStation, Bentley, 3D modeling, and SolidWorks.

  • Exceptional customer support and service skills with a strong commitment to resolution.
  • Ability to cultivate a professional and positive rapport with all team members and management.
  • Understanding of support requirements on a company-wide and operational level.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation to support and enforce standards, policies, and procedures.
