Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition through training, quality control, and outbound calling campaigns.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staffing levels appropriately based on call volume data to efficiently manage labor costs.
  • Training and Development: Review and expand training materials to introduce processes and improve close rates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track close rates and hold weekly performance reviews with sales agents.
  • Client Relations: Handle de-escalation of problems that may arise with client concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Program and Software Proficiency: Must be able to learn new programs and software quickly.
  • CRM Management: Use current CRM to manage new clients, leads, and opportunities.
  • Sales and Follow-up: Execute sales and follow up with potential and current clients, based on suggested scripts.
  • Customer Service: Answer phones and assist current and potential clients with any questions or concerns.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to company emails and messages.
  • Other Duties: Other duties as assigned.
Language Skills
  • Reading and Comprehension: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Typing and Communication: Ability to type professional correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Qualification Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in inbound/outbound phone sales processes highly encouraged.
  • Computer Skills: Must be able to type proficiently and have basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Task Management: Must be able to effectively balance an array of tasks.
  • Results-Oriented: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-based work environment.
  • Positive Energy: Must possess and project a positive energy within the workplace and over the phone.
