Job Summary

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, and taking inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Operate all equipment, including ovens, fryers, and cash registers

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler

Prepare product, including making pizzas and salads

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person

Great customer service skills and effective service recovery

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)

Must be able to make correct monetary change

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
