Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at FreightCenter Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their shipping needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions to clients and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Clarify, research, and deliver information to clients, striving for one-call resolutions.
  • Introduce new features to clients and maintain accurate shipment details.
  • Act as a liaison between our sales department and clients, ensuring seamless communication and service.
