Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families on health management.
- Monitor patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
- Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kentucky.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification.
- Minimum two years of experience as an RN in an acute care facility, with critical care experience preferred.
